The use of Inorms AI and the services offered through it is subject to these Terms of Use. Inorms AI enables companies, particularly wholesalers, manufacturers, and multichannel sellers, to upload product data sheets, catalogs, and technical documents, extract structured product data, generate marketplace-ready texts, images, and videos, and export or publish them to connected platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, Otto, Kaufland, Zalando, eBay, and Google Merchant Center.

Definitions
“Inorms AI,” “we,” “us” refers to the provider of the services. “Website” refers to inorms.ai and its associated subpages. “Services” refers to all functions provided through Inorms AI, including upload, analysis, extraction, generation, translation, image and video generation, export, and marketplace integration. “Customer Data” refers to all content, files, product data sheets, catalogs, CSV, Excel, Word, or PDF files, product information, images, texts, and other data that you upload, input, or process through the services.
“Generated Content” refers to all product texts, listings, product images, videos, translations, attributes, exports, and other outputs created by Inorms AI. “Marketplaces” refers to external platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, Otto, Kaufland, Zalando, eBay, and Google Merchant Center. “User” refers to any natural or legal person using the services.
Description of Services
Inorms AI provides an AI-powered software solution that enables automated processing of product data from data sheets, catalogs, and technical documents.
Features may include: Upload of PDF, Excel, Word, and CSV files, Extraction of product features, specifications, and benefits, Creation of multilingual, SEO-optimized product descriptions, Generation of product images and videos, Formatting for different marketplaces, Export as CSV, JSON, or similar formats. Direct publication on connected platforms after user approval. By default, content is manually approved by the user before publication. Auto-publish may be enabled depending on configuration.
Registration and Access
Use of certain features may require registration or activation. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your access credentials confidential. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account, insofar as they result from a breach of your duty of care.
Free Trial
Inorms AI may offer a free trial period allowing limited use of the services, particularly for a limited number of products, images, or videos. No credit card is required for the free trial, and it does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. After the trial ends, you may decide whether to subscribe to a paid plan.
Paid Services and Billing
Paid plans, pricing, scope of services, usage limits, and billing cycles are defined in the respective offer, pricing page, individual agreement, or order confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, paid services are billed in advance or according to the agreed billing method. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Acceptable Use
You may only use the services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you must not: create or distribute unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or harmful content, infringe third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademark, design, or personality rights), publish incorrect, dangerous, or misleading product information without review, bypass security mechanisms, overload, disrupt, or scrape the services without authorization, reverse engineer code, models, or system logic, use the services to develop competing AI systems, share account credentials or allow unauthorized access.
Responsibility for Product Data and Listings
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of your product data and published product information. This includes: technical specifications, materials, safety information, pricing, delivery details, health, safety, or environmental claims, marketplace-specific requirements, labeling obligations, marketing claims. Inorms AI supports content creation but does not replace legal, technical, or professional review.
AI Disclaimer and Review Obligation
The services use artificial intelligence to analyze, extract, translate, and generate content. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are required to review and approve all generated content before publication. Inorms AI makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, uniqueness, legal compliance, marketplace compliance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Marketplace Integrations
Inorms AI may provide integrations with external marketplaces. Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with each platform’s requirements. Inorms AI aims to meet formatting and technical requirements, but compatibility cannot be guaranteed as platforms may change their specifications at any time.
Customer Data and Privacy
Inorms AI processes: uploaded product data sheets and catalogs, extracted attributes, generated texts, images, and videos, Inorms AI does not process order, end-customer, payment, logistics, or inventory data. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR may be concluded with paying customers.
No Use for Model Training
Inorms AI does not use customer data to train its own or third-party AI models. This applies in particular to uploaded documents and generated content.
Hosting and Security
Inorms AI is hosted in EU data centers, particularly in Frankfurt, Germany. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, absolute security, availability, or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Rights to Customer Data
You retain all rights to your customer data. You grant Inorms AI the right to process your data as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the services. Customer data is not used for AI model training unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Rights to Generated Content
To the extent permitted by law and unless otherwise agreed, you receive usage rights to texts, images, and videos generated for you. Users receive full usage rights to outputs generated from their data sheets. Third-party rights remain unaffected.
Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted service availability. However, interruptions may occur due to: maintenance, technical issues, third-party failures, marketplace changes, force majeure, security measures. No guarantee of continuous availability is provided unless explicitly agreed.
Third-Party Services
The services may depend on third-party providers (e.g., hosting, AI, payments, marketplaces). We are not responsible for their performance, availability, or changes beyond our control.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or restrict access if: you violate these Terms, there is a security or abuse risk, legal obligations require it, third-party rights are at risk, payments are overdue, You may terminate your account according to your agreement.
Warranty Disclaimer
The services are provided “as available.” We do not guarantee: error-free results, marketplace compliance, accurate translations, platform compatibility, successful publication, business outcomes (e.g., sales or rankings).
Liability
We are fully liable in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual obligations and foreseeable damages. Liability for lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages is excluded where legally permissible.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Inorms AI against third-party claims arising from: infringement by your data, incorrect or misleading product information, violations of marketplace rules, legal violations, misuse of the services. This includes reasonable legal costs.
Reference Use
If you are a business customer, we may use your company name and logo as a reference unless you object. You may withdraw this permission at any time for future use.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, technical, or economic reasons. You will be notified of significant changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a merchant, jurisdiction is at the registered office of Inorms AI.
Final Provisions
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms, together with agreements, DPAs, and privacy policies, form the basis of service usage.
